Because manual transmissions have a shift tower/housing, you need to remove a large portion of the OEM IS 300 Transmission tunnel to get it to fit.
Our IS300 Shifter plate is cad designed to use the existing holes and hardware on the tunnel for the oem automatic shifter. If you don't have the hardware left over from your swap it can be easily obtained at a local store.
